Prof. Dr. Olivier Goulet
is Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Paris-Cité-Sorbonne and heads the Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition Department as well as the National Reference Center for Rare Digestive Diseases at Necker- Enfants Malades Hospital.
He has served on the councils and committees of the European Society for Paediatric Gastroenterology Hepatology and Nutrition (ESPGHAN), the Federation of International Societies for Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition (FISPGHAN), and the French Society of Pediatrics.
Prof. Goulet has published extensively, co-edited several major textbooks, and has received multiple awards. His clinical nutrition focus includes short bowel syndrome, intestinal failure, intestinal transplantation, and home parenteral nutrition.
