Dr. Joeri De Cloet
is a hospital pharmacist at Ghent University Hospital, Belgium with a special focus on the compounding of total parenteral nutrition (TPN). He oversees the compounding of TPN for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients, and coordinates home TPN programs. He is also a member and co-founder of the hospital’s Nutrition Support Team. De Cloet has completed advanced training in pediatric and clinical nutrition and is an active consultant pharmacist in the field. He has authored several publications on pediatric nutrition and parenteral nutrition safety, and regularly contributes to international conferences
