Charlotte Cole
is a UK-registered Specialist Neurological Dietitian, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Having trained at Oxford Brookes University and King’s College London, she works within a Community Neurological Rehabilitation Team in West Sussex, where her clinical practice focuses on adults with complex and rare neurological conditions, including motor neurone disease, and those requiring home enteral feeding.
Alongside her NHS role, Charlotte undertakes strategic consultancy within the nutrition and healthcare sector. She has extensive experience across acute and community NHS settings in London and the Southeast and has a particular interest in the counselling, ethical, legal, and clinical aspects of supporting patients with progressive conditions.
